In Episode #4 of the Life Is A Marathon show, I explore the idea that we really do not decide our futures. Rather, we decide our habits, and our habits determine our futures. If we want to change who and what we are, we must change our habits. If we want excellence, we must develop habits that move us towards excellence.
People do not decide their futures, they decide their habits and their habits decide their futures. — F. Matthias Alexander
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit. – Aristotle

Dear Bruce
I really appreciate your podcasts. I found them so interesting and you have a special gift to transmit your thoughts and energy to people. I am only in the fourth episode and I want to go on listening your podcast and learning new things about life.
I am a girl of 29 years old, working from house through the computer for a Spanish company (I am italian) and that is true… I am doing the same things everyday, stay away for the world outside and I am not happy with my present and with myself
Thanks to you, (I discover you accidentally on Itunes, searching something spiritual), now I am more self conscious that I need a change in my life.
I wish you all the best and I am looking forward to listen another episode tonight 😉
Best Regards
Veronica
Ps. sorry for my English 🙂
Veronica, you’re English is excellent! Thank you for listening and letting me know the shows are helping you!
All the best!
Bruce
