Quick Coaching Tip (QCT): You CAN control your thoughts! This may sound obvious to you, but I encounter people, every day, who say things like “I can’t stop worrying about…” or “I can’t stop thinking about…” I understand being stuck in all-consuming, negative thoughts. However, this is exactly the time we need to be reminded that our thoughts do not control us, we control them. We just have to practice doing it! Listen as I explain more:
