Greetings on your 56th birthday, Bruce!

I’ve been working on my scarcity mindset for years.

The hardest times are when I’m seriously stretching my comfort zone.

In those moments, my subconscious mind keeps telling me how great things used to be back in the comfort zone 🙂

And it leads me to question how I’m going to survive now that I’m not in my comfort zone.

One tool that I’ve been trying recently is focusing on the present moment and not thinking about the future at all.

Letting go of thoughts of the future seems to relieve the tension created by the scarcity mindset.
